Job description GentleBrook is looking for an Adult Day Services Coordinator to join our team to oversee providing Adult Day Services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Hartville, Ohio.
Adult Day Services Pay & Schedule Availability:
Full time. 40 hours per week. No weekends or holidays. $22.00 hourly

Adult Day Services Coordinator Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field. Minimum two years' experience with the DD population. Minimum two years supervisory experience Working knowledge of Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations governing an Adult Day Services program. OR A high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence Four years of full-time paid work experience as a supervisor of specialized services One year of full-time paid work experience in supervision of employees, development, oversight, and/or supervision of programs or services, and a working knowledge of Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations governing an Adult Day Services program.
Adult Day Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Adult Day Service program Knowledgeable of facility policies, current federal and state regulations and be able to interpret to personnel, residents, families, and governmental agencies. Ensure staff are following all facility policies and program expectations Assigns daily work assignments based on service delivery Manages staff attendance Ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Investigates all UI/MUI and ensures timely reporting Communicates any problems or concerns to the QIDP's, guardian/family, supervisor, etc. Ensures all services delivered are being implemented and documented according to the IPP/ISP This is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities.
