We photograph, film, and fly drones over 400+ homes a month for 1,900+ agents, and we deliver every one of them the next morning. We are a team of 18 that started as two people with cameras. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to run our office. This is the person who answers the phone, schedules the shoots, checks the photos before they go out, sends the invoices, and keeps the whole operation moving. You will work directly with the two co-founders and alongside our Lead Photographer. Pay is $46,000 to $52,000 per year based on experience, plus a quarterly performance bonus of up to $5,000 a year. Monday through Friday, days only. No nights, no weekends.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 1.

Answer the main phone line, texts, and the office inbox. You are the first voice our clients hear. 2. Schedule and coordinate photo shoots for our photographers. 3. Quality check photos, videos, and 3D tours before they are delivered. 4. Deliver media to clients each morning and send follow-up emails. 5. Issue invoices and follow up on unpaid ones. 6. Support our photographers in the field when something changes on site. 7. Work with our overseas editing team on turnaround and revisions. 8. Keep our systems and client records accurate. 9. Help the founders with projects, team events, and the things that keep an office running.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1.

Two or more years in customer service, office administration, or a coordinator role. Real estate, photography, or a service business is a plus, not a requirement. 2. Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the typo, the wrong address, the missing photo. 3. Organized under volume. Twenty things moving at once does not rattle you. 4. Calm and friendly on the phone, especially with someone who is frustrated. 5. Comfortable learning software. You have used a CRM or scheduling tool, and you pick up new systems quickly. 6. Reliable. Deliveries go out by 10:30 every morning. That only works if you are here.

WHERE THIS GOES

We are not hiring someone to sit in this seat forever. The person who runs the office well, finds what is broken, and fixes it grows into our Operations Manager. The bonus is tied to the results you own: on-time deliveries, response times, and clean invoicing. If you want a job where doing it well leads somewhere, this is that job.
