AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

(LPN) or

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

(MA), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of a Practical Nursing Program or Medical Assistant degree required
• Current LPN or MA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield preferred
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
• Two years of office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred
