JOB DESCRIPTON
Pay:
$10/hour Student Advocacy and Support is seeking dependable and customer-focused
FRONT DESK
assistants. As a Front Desk Assistant, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, manage daily office flow, and support department initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone inquiries Respond to general inquiries and direct visitors Assist with front desk operations, including monitoring foot traffic and office communications Serve as a primary resource for department visitors by directing them to appropriate resources Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area; remove outdated promotional materials Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Ability to communicate professionally by telephone, email, and in person. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with general computer applications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills. Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preferred if can work:
Tuesday 10-12 Wednesday 11-1 All positions are security-sensitive.
