Culpeper, VA. Herndon, VA. Manassas, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Execute contract requirements and support the project's safety, schedule, and quality objectives. Exemplify Holder's commitment to safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies. Oversee on-site workforces, coordinating daily scope, sequencing, and inspection of installed work. Assign responsibilities and collaborate with office and field teams to support project goals and manage risk. Manage project site logistics and organize on-site activities to maintain workflow efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, supporting professional growth and team development. Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and time management abilities.
Preferred:
Experience managing or supporting complex commercial construction projects. Familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule management standards in commercial construction.
