WE WANT TO MEET YOU!

We're a classic car restoration shop looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant / Shop Support team member to join our crew. This isn't your typical desk job. You'll be working behind the scenes of some seriously cool classic cars, helping keep the shop organized, our customers happy, and our business moving forward. We're looking for someone who can wear a few different hats and enjoys being part of a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

YOU'LL REALLY STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

Automotive or auto shop experience- you understand the language and culture of a shop. Marketing experience — social media, photography, promotions, customer outreach, or creating content. Customer relations experience — you know how to communicate professionally and make customers feel taken care of. Strong organizational and follow-through skills. A positive, can-do attitude. Great communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to jump in wherever needed and keep things moving.

WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH

Customer communication and follow-up Scheduling, paperwork, and administrative tasks Supporting day-to-day shop operations Assisting with parts, vendors, and general shop coordination Marketing and social media support Helping document and showcase our restoration projects Keeping customers informed and excited about their vehicles General office and shop support The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable talking with a customer, organizing a project, taking a great photo of a car, or jumping in to help the shop team.

PAY:

$20-$25 PER HOUR Full-Time Position Experience in a classic car, automotive, restoration, body shop, or mechanical environment is a major plus.
