Lake Cushman Maintenance Company (LCMC) is seeking a Programs Assistant I to provide year-round administrative and clerical support for a variety of LCMC operational and administrative programs. This position supports activities across multiple departments, including Water, Roads, Parks, Greenbelts, the Shop, and cross-department initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, able to provide excellent customer service, and willing to learn a variety of LCMC systems and procedures. This position involves detailed administrative work, tracking information across multiple programs, and regular public interaction.

Hours:
Part-time, 30 hours/week
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m
2:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized digital and paper files, permits, correspondence, and program records
Perform data entry and update spreadsheets, databases, and digital forms
Prepare basic reports, letters, notices, and meeting packets
Assist with Requests for Action (RFAs), project tracking, and member communication
Support cross-connection and compliance documentation
Provide courteous assistance to members via phone, email, and in person
Help maintain Smartsheet folders, shared drives, and internal documentation
Track recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items across multiple programs
Assist with procedure updates, internal documentation, and process improvement as assigned
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with note-taking
Support other LCMC programs or departments as organizational needs evolve
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic spreadsheet skills
Valid Washington State driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn LCMC systems and follow established procedures
Ability to manage recurring tasks, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records
Pay & Benefits:
$21.00/hour
Fixed daytime schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m
2:30 p.m.
