Lumpers serve as the essential foundation of our operations and occupy a critical role within the organization. Primary responsibilities include unloading containers, as well as the systematic stacking and wrapping of pallets.

Professional Requirements:

Commitment to rigorous safety standards Possession of reliable transportation Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Ability to perform effectively in a high-velocity environment Strong internal motivation to achieve peak performance Capacity to unload an average of 1.5 containers per shift Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team member

Operational Schedule:

First Shift:

Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Second Shift:

Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Pay for this position is production-based, meaning each container is worth anywhere from $100 to $300. Once you have unloaded and palletized the container, the earnings are yours. If you work with a partner, you will both split the pay for that container.
