Precision is established as a leading benchmark for warehouse operational excellence. We are currently seeking dedicated first and second shift lumpers to join our team. Lumpers serve as the essential foundation of our operations and occupy a critical role within the organization. Primary responsibilities include unloading containers, as well as the systematic stacking and wrapping of pallets.

Professional Requirements:

Commitment to rigorous safety standards Possession of reliable transportation Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Ability to perform effectively in a high-velocity environment Strong internal motivation to achieve peak performance Capacity to unload an average of 1.5 containers per shift Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team member

Operational Schedule:

First Shift:

Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Second Shift:

Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Pay for this position is production-based, meaning each container is worth anywhere from $100 to $300. Once you have unloaded and palletized the container, the earnings are yours. If you work with a partner, you will both split the pay for that container.
