Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Mail Services student helps sort and distribute the mail, assists staff with department/sport as well as personal mailings, operates the mailroom equipment, and stocks supplies. Sort and distribute mail upon delivery from postal service; Prepare envelopes and packages for delivery; Currier mail and packages to our off-site offices; Inventory and stock supplies; Assist staff in sending personal mail and packages; Perform general maintenance of office machines; Perform other duties as determined by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

Full time student at the University of Kansas; Experience working with cash; Valid Driver's License; Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; Available to work between the hours of 11am - 5pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

Federal Work Study eligible; Customer Service experience; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
