In this role, you will receive and organize packages delivered to the property and deliver them directly to residents' doors. This is an active position that requires reliability, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Receive and organize packages delivered to the residential property Scan and/or log packages using the designated package management system Sort packages by building, floor, apartment number, or delivery route Deliver packages directly to residents' apartment doors Accurately document completed deliveries Maintain an organized and secure package room/work area Communicate with management regarding missing, damaged, or incorrectly labeled packages Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents and property staff Follow all property and Happy to Deliver procedures for package handling and delivery Requirements Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance Able to work independently and complete assigned deliveries efficiently Comfortable using a smartphone and package scanning/delivery applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional and respectful when interacting with residents and property management Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for the duration of the shift Able to lift and carry packages up to [XX] pounds Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned property Previous delivery, warehouse, package handling, or customer service experience is helpful but not required About Happy to Deliver Happy to Deliver provides residential package concierge and last-mile delivery services for apartment communities.
