60442969 Job Description We are looking for a dependable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support our sales team with daily administrative tasks, communication, and document management. Key Responsibilities- Receive, sort, and organize bid invitations.
- Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors professionally.
- Prepare and respond to emails with customers and prospects.
- Use Microsoft Word and Outlook; learn additional software as needed.
- Download drawing files from email and upload documents to Dropbox.
- Organize company information and files using shared drives and folders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records. Qualifications
- Strong written communication and spelling skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Professional and friendly communication skills.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative—able to learn quickly and work independently without needing the same instructions repeated.
- Prior office, sales, or construction experience is a plus.
