This is a customer-facing sales role — you'll be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, help qualify inquiries, and convert leads into appointments so our team can provide quotes and coverage options. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping customers find the right insurance, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers (in-person, phone, and email) — warm, professional, and efficient
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs, ask qualifying questions, and route opportunities to the sales team
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and pending sales tasks
• Support marketing campaigns (emails, texts, calls) to generate appointments
• Maintain organized records and update customer information in our systems
• Help manage office flow and support the sales team's day-to-day needs What We're Looking For

Compensation:

From $15 per hour, plus up to an additional $300/month in bonuses for hitting goals like policy pivots, Google reviews, and referrals.

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Full-time)
