Job Description

Please note that this is an evening position, Monday to Friday from 3PM to 7PM .
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and staff
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Proficient in data entry, transcribing, typing, and using phone systems
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- An Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card will be required
