FLEXX Studios is a welcoming boutique Pilates and fitness studio in Burlingame. We offer Reformer Pilates, Strength Training, TRX, Barre, Yoga, Kickboxing, and more! We're looking for friendly, reliable, organized, and motivated individuals to join our front desk team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a positive environment, and wants to be part of a growing fitness community. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Check clients into classes and assist with bookings. Answer phone calls, texts, and emails. Help new clients learn about our classes, packages, and memberships. Support membership sales, client retention, and referrals. Maintain accurate client accounts and transactions. Assist instructors with smooth class transitions and daily operations. Keep the reception area and studio spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. Complete opening and closing checklists. Communicate proactively with management and fellow team members. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Comfortable multitasking and working independently. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn scheduling software. Previous customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred. Interest in fitness, Pilates, or wellness is a plus! Schedule & Availability We are seeking team members with consistent weekday morning availability, Monday through Friday, with priority given to candidates available for multiple morning shifts. Additional afternoon, evening, and weekend morning shifts may be available. Flexible part-time scheduling with opportunities for additional hours.
