In this role, you will manage front-desk activities with a primary focus on badge management, visitor access control, and providing professional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and assign badges to employees, visitors, and customers Issue, collect, and track badges accurately following all security and access-control procedures Verify identification and access information before assigning badges Maintain accurate badge and visitor records through data entry Assist customers and visitors with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department Answer phones and provide professional front-desk assistance Support the Customer Service team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed Maintain an organized and professional front-desk environment at all times

Requirements:

Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Comfortable using computers and data entry systems Able to learn badge scanning and access-control systems quickly Professional and friendly communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

•$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM

•5:00
