Then you might be exactly who we're looking for! We're a busy, multi-doctor small animal veterinary clinic in charming

Fairfax:

Voted Best in Marin two years in a row (and counting!) . We're looking for an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fun-loving, hard-working team. Part-time or full-time

we're open to either!

Ideally with 1 year of experience in a medical reception role . We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and compassionate A master multitasker who can keep calm when things get busy Passionate about providing exceptional customer service Comfortable talking with both people and their four-legged family members A team player who genuinely wants to make a difference and work with our team! Our simple mission is provide top-notch care to our patients while making sure their people feel heard, supported, and cared for, too. If you love animals, love people, and want to work with a team that works hard, laughs often, and truly cares about what we do, come join our pack! Job duties include but are not limited to:

Answer multiple phone lines at once
Schedule appointments
Greet clients and weigh patients
Accurately process/post credit/cash transaction
Filling prescriptions and maintaining inventory
Basic janitorial duties and must be able to lift 40 lbs
Other duties in furtherance of hospital mission, as necessary We ask all potential applicant's to have a good work ethic, ability to show up to shifts on schedule and a great work attitude and love to work with animals.
