18675 Bear Valley Rd, Hesperia, CA Pamper Me Nail Bar is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly responsible receptionist to join our growing team! We are a busy, professional nail salon seeking someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, takes pride in their appearance and work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are
REQUIRED.
Must be committed to scheduled shifts and communicate absences professionally. Professional, polished appearance and a warm, welcoming personality. Friendly, confident, outgoing, and genuinely passionate about customer service. Able to multitask quickly, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure. Responsible, detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong team player. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, especially in the beauty industry (nail salons, spas, hair salons, etc.). Business, marketing, or social media experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Vietnamese preferred. Must be available on weekends, minor holidays, and days leading up to major holidays. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointments. Handle guest check-ins, checkouts, and payments. Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth salon operations. Assist with guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Support daily front desk tasks and social media activities.
