Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Admin Assistant/ Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. The Admin Assistant/ Receptionist will support daily reception duties, client communication, administrative tasks, and loan and investment processing support. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally while providing a positive client and visitor experience.
Greet visitors, manage front-desk activity, and support day-to-day office operations.
Perform accurate and timely data entry, filing, document organization, and general administrative support.
Prepare and send borrower loan packages, investment closing packages, collection notices, and distribution notices.
Order insurance, credit, integrity, and title reports, and assist with senior lien checks and insurance follow-up.
Support multiple departments by staying organized, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining consistent communication. Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $41,000 to $52,000 per year.

Aliso Viejo, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills
Support loan and investment processing by preparing packages, ordering reports, and tracking follow-up items.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, document organization, and administrative coordination.
Assist office operations by staying organized, dependable, and responsive to changing departmental priorities.
3 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Computer literate with the ability to learn office systems and follow established processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
Positive, trustworthy, energetic, self-motivated, and professional.
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift across departments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the mortgage industry.
Hard money or private lending experience strongly preferred.
1 or more years of customer service experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
