One Stop Truck & Equipment is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This position serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and office visitors while providing day-to-day administrative support to the company. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, maintains accurate records, stays organized, and can manage routine office responsibilities with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls professionally. Maintain a complete, accurate, and up-to-date call log. Record caller information, reason for calling, employee contacted, and any required follow-up. Monitor missed calls and voicemails and ensure messages are delivered promptly. Greet customers, vendors, applicants, and other visitors. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Monitor office-supply inventory, including paper, pens, pencils, toner, ink cartridges, envelopes, labels, and other commonly used supplies. Prepare supply orders for approval before inventory runs out. Keep printers and copiers stocked and coordinate service when necessary. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and office deliveries. Scan, copy, print, file, and organize company documents. Maintain commonly used office forms and ensure current versions are available. Prepare basic letters, labels, spreadsheets, forms, and internal documents. Maintain employee contact lists, telephone extensions, vendor contacts, and other office directories. Schedule interviews, meetings, and conference-room use as requested. Organize resumes, applications, and interview documentation. Assist management and employees with routine administrative tasks. Perform other reasonable front-office and administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Professional telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and multi line telephone systems. Ability to handle company and customer information professionally and confidentially.
