We specialize in full-service vacation rentals and property management, and we're passionate about delivering top-tier experiences for our guests, clients, and team. What You'll Do As a Reservation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests booking their perfect Central Coast getaway. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional reservation experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Process bookings and payments accurately in our system Provide knowledgeable support about property amenities and locations Assist with general office tasks and guest correspondence Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest service Drive to properties for showings or support as needed (company vehicle provided) Address and resolve reservation-related issues professionally

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask Positive, professional attitude under pressure Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Tech-savvy with basic computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Weekend availability required
