Front Desk Associate — Redondo Location Karen Lord Pilates Movement is seeking an exceptional front desk associates for our Redondo Beach location. This is a client-facing position at a high-end Pilates studio, and we're looking for reliable, personable, and professional individuals to join our team. Availability Requirements - Must be available to work a variety of morning, early evenings, and potentially a weekend day. Additional coverage opportunities are available throughout the week at all studio locations. With an opportunity to expand your base shifts as available.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and checking in clients Managing purchases, bookings, and schedule adjustments via Mindbody (training provided) Supporting trainers with music management and studio reset Providing top-tier customer service in a professional setting

Who We're Looking For:

A warm, confident communicator with a friendly demeanor and team-first attitude Comfortable working in a luxury studio environment Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with Mindbody is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
