Looking for someone to work a flexible schedule between Monday thru Saturday. Hours are in a range of 8:30-6:30 Hours will range somewhere between 16-32 hours per week. Job duties will include but aren't limited to: Answering multi line phone Receiving payments from customer for parts and services Reconciling cash drawer daily Managing rental car fleet Closing and cashiering work order in CDK accounting system Manage cash balance Excel spreadsheet Stock in new vehicles Make service appointments Process and follow up on extended warranty claims Candidates must possess the following: Reliability Team work attitude Positive attitude Professional appearance Experience preferred but we will train the right person!
