Hampton Inn & Suites on the Suisun city waterfront

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with a welcoming attitude Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Handle guest questions and requests professionally Process payments and manage check-outs Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Basic computer skills Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required
