Front Desk Coordinator We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our medical spa team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating a warm, professional, and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Manage check-in and check-out, appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and patient communications. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Educate patients on services, current promotions, and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all required forms and information are completed. Process payments, retail purchases, and treatment packages accurately. Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and inviting reception area. Coordinate closely with providers and the medical spa team to ensure smooth daily operations. Support patient retention by providing attentive service and helping patients schedule their next visit. Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and the highest standards of professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical spa, healthcare, hospitality, beauty, or luxury customer-service environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, personable, and confident demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset. Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using scheduling software, computers, and point-of-sale systems. Professional appearance and strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in skincare, wellness, aesthetics, or retail.
