About Us Integrated Neurology and Pain Management is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for patients managing neurological conditions and chronic pain. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front office team on a part-time basis. Schedule Part-Time — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Potential opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy Keep the front office and waiting area organized and welcoming Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow What We're Looking For Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with EHR/scheduling software a plus Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is a bonus A positive attitude and genuine care for patient experience Why Join Us Room to grow — potential path to a full-time position Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives Consistent, reliable schedule Growth opportunities within a specialized medical practice
