Loveland Ski Club is hiring a friendly, dependable Front Desk Assistant to support our busy Fall Lane Training season.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in athletes, coaches, and visiting teams Ticket and sales/ recording Processing payments and providing receipts Assisting with lane schedules and training information Answering basic questions Maintaining accurate check-in, ticket, and payment records Helping with general front desk and administrative tasks We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working with the public, and able to stay calm and accurate in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service, retail, ticketing, hospitality, skiing, or office administration is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$21/hour, including race days.

Schedule:

Two weekdays per week, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, scheduled weekly based on lane demand. Runs as soon as possible through December 11, 2026, with the option to extend to race days during the 2026-27 season.

Benefits:

Season pass as Loveland Ski Area. Eligible for additional seasonal staff benefits after 15 days worked.
