Full time/part time, experienced receptionist wanted for small, one doctor veterinary hospital on Key Biscayne. Excellent customer service skills a must. We are looking for a friendly, organized, trustworthy, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! You'll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping create a welcoming experience. Responsibilities for this position include answering 2 line phone system, working within our software program to schedule appointments, input accurate treatment charges, checking clients out, file, document concerns and questions by our clients, maintaining accurate records, keeping front desk tidy, and occasionally help hold patients for medical treatment and do so with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone dependable, detailed-oriented, comfortable around animals, and kind with people, even in stressful moments. We want that person who can lead our team's customer service goal of providing every client a positive experience every single time.
