The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing an excellent client experience.

Requirements:

Fluent English with excellent communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Experience with Zenoti software is highly preferred Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and assisting with daily front-desk operations Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Sales experience is a plus, especially in beauty, wellness, medical spa, or aesthetic services We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, proactive, and motivated and who can represent our spa professionally while helping create an exceptional experience for every client. Medical spa or beauty industry experience is preferred.
