New Palm Beach Location | Immediate Start for Training Woody Michleb Beauty Salon is seeking an experienced, polished, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team at our new Palm Beach location. This is a full-time position with an immediate start for training. We are looking for someone who is confident in front of clients, communicates beautifully, and understands the importance of creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment someone contacts or enters the salon.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Salon Receptionist is the welcoming face of our salon and plays a vital role in creating a seamless, enjoyable experience for every client. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several priorities while remaining calm, confident, and gracious.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome clients warmly and assist with check-in and checkout Answer telephone calls promptly and communicate professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage salon appointments Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about salon services Coordinate with stylists and salon team members throughout the day Maintain accurate client records and communications Handle client information with discretion and professionalism Keep the reception area polished, organized, and welcoming Maintain front desk materials and supplies Remain calm and attentive while managing multiple priorities Support the salon team in delivering exceptional customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional fluency in English Previous front desk, reception, or comparable client-service experience Passionate about customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience Strong, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients Eloquent, well-spoken, and professional Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills Highly organized and attentive to detail Able to multitask efficiently in a busy salon environment Strong general computer skills Comfortable using or learning salon appointment-scheduling software, including Square Appointments Dependable, discreet, and able to manage client information carefully Able to commit consistently to the required schedule

SCHEDULE

Full-time core hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Applicants must be available and able to commit to this schedule.

COMPENSATION

$15-$20 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses based on overall salon performance.

START DATE

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
