Our reception team sets the tone for each visit and plays a key role in making every client and pet feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and service-minded Veterinary Receptionist who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience. Responsibilities Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Create a positive first and last impression for every client Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously Schedule and confirm appointments Listen to client questions and concerns and make sure they are addressed appropriately Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about their visits Escort clients and pets into exam rooms Help keep the reception area welcoming, organized, and running smoothly Work closely with doctors and technicians to provide a seamless client experience What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate understands that great customer service is more than simply being friendly .
