Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the first friendly face our residents, families, and visitors see. You'll play a key role in creating a warm and supportive environment for all who enter our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist callers with information or questions Greet families and visitors with professionalism and warmth Manage filing, mail sorting, and basic cash handling Operate office machines and maintain organization at the front desk Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required) Proficiency with phones, faxing, filing, and basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
