About the Role As a Weekend Receptionist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors and residents in a warm and welcoming manner. You'll also be responsible for: Answering and directing phone calls in a timely and professional manner Providing information and assistance to residents, families, and visitors Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by performing daily cleaning and organization tasks Assisting with scheduling and Records management as needed Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare setting Ability to work varying weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Work hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm Why Join Our Team?
