Our growing veterinary hospital is looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Client Service Representative to join our team! As the first face our clients see and the voice they hear on the phone, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their families. We're looking for someone who can multitask with confidence, communicate with compassion, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people and animals. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Create a positive and caring experience from check-in through check-out Answer phones promptly and professionally while providing excellent service Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications Process payments and assist with routine administrative tasks Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointments, services, and general questions Support the veterinary team with day-to-day hospital operations Help keep the front desk, reception area, and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming Work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members Help ensure every client and patient feels valued, respected, and cared for What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Friendly, positive, and compassionate personality Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a supportive team member Genuine interest in helping people and caring for animals Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but not required Previous professional customer service experience is a plus Why You'll Love This Opportunity This isn't just a front-desk position—you'll be an important part of the experience our clients and their pets have with our hospital.
