Job Description
ALP is seeking a highly experienced legal receptionist with a background in management and client development. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of calls; greeting and assisting clients; coordinating calendars and scheduling for four or more attorneys; conducting initial potential-client intake; creating, organizing, and maintaining potential-client and active-client files; managing client documents; responding to routine written and verbal inquiries; and assisting with projects as assigned. Applicants should have prior experience in the legal field and be able to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, exceptional organizational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
