PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create an amazing and welcoming environment for visitors and customers Able to speak both English and Spanish fluently. Take customers by the hand and help them sign-up. Process new sign-ups quickly and accurately Be curious, be a team player, find more ways to help Answer phones and emails quickly, diligently, and in the tone of the gym Be super-reliable; plan well ahead to get coverage if you need to miss a shift or be late Help produce documents and materials needed to run and market the gym Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
