Salon Front Desk Coordinator (Boutique Salon) Nights & Weekends Required We are a busy, high-end boutique salon looking for a friendly, reliable, mature and polished Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our salon—perfect for someone who loves people, organization, and a fast-paced environment. Schedule Requirement (Please Read Carefully): Nights and Saturdays required This position is ideal for someone with flexible availability who enjoys working during peak salon hours.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients warmly and create an exceptional first impression Answer phones, manage appointments, and handle client check-in/check-out Support stylists by helping recommend and sell retail products Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and salon Handle POS transactions and basic administrative tasks Assist with salon events, promotions, and client communication Recommend and sell retail products

Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Sales-minded and comfortable recommending products Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible with schedule Salon or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
