Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our practice! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping the front office running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients upon arrival Manage multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm appointments Verify and explain insurance benefitsEducation:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent requiredSkills/Abilities:
Experience working with people (customer service or patient care is a plus!) A positive attitude and strong communication skills Someone who is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Spanish speaking is a plus Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:15am-5pmPay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:
