Job Description
The Madison Animal Clinic is in search of a full-time receptionist. The Madison Animal Clinic is a small animal hospital located in Historic Downtown Madison, Indiana. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing person to be a part of our busy, client oriented practice. Qualified candidates will have customer service experience, basic knowledge of computers, and proper phone etiquette. We are looking for a team player who can efficiently work in a busy environment and is willing to learn. Candidates for this position must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds. Tasks for this position include but are not limited to: Greet clients and patients in a pleasant manner Answer phone calls Schedule appointments utilizing our practice management software Maintain a clean work area Perform cash register transactions
