Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Daycare Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess relevant skills in pet care and animal handling.Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to animals in the daycare facility
- Assist with feeding, grooming, and walking animals as needed
- Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the daycare area
- Available to work weekends.
- Interact with pet owners in a professional and friendly manner
Skills:
- Experience in pet care, pet sitting, or related fields
- Knowledge of animal behavior and basic veterinary practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong dog handling skills and familiarity with kennel operations
