We are only accepting applicants who meet ALL of the following requirements: ✅ At least 1 year of receptionist/front office experience (required) ✅ Professional, punctual, and organized ✅ Strong communication and phone skills ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure ✅ Must be a team player, willing to help ✅ Must be comfortable around animals and their owners ✅ Drug-free and reliable transportation required

Job Duties:

Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments Greet clients and patients upon arrival Manage patient records and intake forms Process payments and invoices Communicate clearly with clients and staff Keep front office clean and organized Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience in a veterinary or medical office Familiarity with scheduling software (eVet, Cornerstone, etc.) Knowledge of pet health and common procedures

Based on experience

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm daily overtime possible
