Overview We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Saturday Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salons. In this role, you will manage customer check-ins, coordinate busy appointment schedules, and keep the front lounge running smoothly. This is an on-site position supporting our Metairie and Harvey, LA locations.

Duties Client Hospitality :

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and maintain a pristine front desk and lounge area.

Appointment Management :

Efficiently book, reschedule, and confirm waxing appointments using our salon software.

Point of Sale :

Handle cash and card payment processing accurately, manage product inventory displays, and promote current retail or service specials.

Team Coordination :

Communicate closely with our estheticians to ensure appointments stay on schedule and clients receive seamless service.

Provide customer support by responding to inquiries accurately and courteously in person or over the phone

Front Lobby:

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements Availability :

Must be fully available to work Saturdays on-site during location hours.

Reliable Transportation :

Must have a dependable personal vehicle or reliable means of transportation to commute to our Metairie and Harvey locations.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, professional phone presence.

Tech Savvy :

Comfortable learning and operating salon booking software and point-of-sale systems.

Punctuality :

A strong track record of reliability, dependability, and arriving on time.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate :

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

PM Harvey Location :
