I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business before opening an agency of my own. I'm a proud LSU graduate, where I studied Business Management and History. Outside of work, I'm married with two boys and enjoy fishing and watching sports. Being involved in our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local school festivals, donates school supplies, and supports area sporting events and other activities that benefit local families. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
