DeVibe Nail Lounge and Dalon is an upscale salon in Mandeville with a growing group of loyal clients. We're looking for a warm, organized receptionist to be the first face our clients see and to help each visit go smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Greet clients, check them in, and offer drinks to make them feel welcome. Answer phone calls, texts, and online messages quickly and politely. Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and handle walk-ins. Match clients with available technicians so wait times stay short. Take payments, explain pricing and our cash discount, and sell gift cards. Keep the front desk, waiting area, and retail display clean and tidy. Handle client concerns calmly and pass them to management when needed. Help promote specials, rebooking, and our social media pages. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and calm when the salon gets busy. Clear speaker and organized multitasker. Comfortable using a computer, booking software, and the payment system. We will train you. Reliable and on time, and works well with the team. Salon or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or Spanish) is a plus. Schedule Part-time Saturdays are required. (May be able to alternate Saturdays) What We Offer Paid training in a supportive, respectful team.

Competitive pay:

$13-$16/hr plus bonuses (making social media videos) Employee 40% discount on services. Room to grow as the salon expands.
