As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little details, stays organized, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things in order, and being the person others can rely on, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel. Take accurate messages and ensure information reaches the appropriate team members. Organize and maintain files for billing and customer records. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Electronically file and maintain records for the Finance, Quality, and Human Resources departments. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional conference room. Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. A professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor. The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. A strong sense of responsibility and follow-through. The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus. Position requires the candidate to be a U.S. person as defined by
