Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist customers and visitors Direct questions and communication to the appropriate team members Handle basic filing and administrative tasks Provide general support to the office as needed Assist with other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable answering phones and interacting with a variety of customers Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a greenhouse/farm environment Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Looking for someone who is interested in growing into a broader office management role long-term Why This Opportunity?
