We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Office Staff Member to join our team in a part-time or full-time position ! Our office is the heart of the day-to-day operations at KODG. From helping families and answering questions to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our students, families, and staff.

What You'll Do:

Welcome families and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer phone calls, emails, and family questions Assist with registration, scheduling, payments, and account questions Help manage daily office tasks and administrative responsibilities Communicate with families and staff in a positive and professional way Keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly Support the studio's dance and gymnastics programs as needed

A genuine love for working with kids and families Friendly, positive, and approachable personality Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Previous office or customer service experience preferred, but not required Why KODG?
