Duties include but are not limited to; phone reception on a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, taking messages, greeting clients, checking in and discharging patients, invoicing and receiving payments, inputting data to an electronic medical record system, patient updates, appointment reminders, cleaning and organizing the reception area.
