Job Description

Do you have a passion for animal healthcare? We are currently searching for a full time receptionist to join the the customer service team at Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospital. We are looking at candidates who possess good communication skills and who work efficiently with others. A desire to provide a friendly and positive customer service experience for our clients is a must! Preference will be give to those with previous experience in the veterinary field but any medical experience is valuable. Job Duties May Include (but not limited to): Answer incoming customer calls Interface with client text messaging software Educating clients about clinic recommendations Scheduling appointments Upkeep of medical records Processing payment transactions Working with team members to complete daily task list Other duties as requested
