We are on the lookout for a high-energy, enthusiastic receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company and ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and a 12-hour shift (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) on either Saturday or Sunday
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- High energy and enthusiasm for the role
- Passion for the cannabis industry or willingness to learn
- No phone usage during shift
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests to the budroom with a positive attitude
- Manage and maintain the appearance of the lobby, ensuring it is clean and inviting
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries, or directing them to the appropriate team member
- Stay informed and gain understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively
- Adhere to all dispensary rules and regulations
